Group Classes
Once the timing of the group classes is determined, the scheduling cannot be changed and the group classes cannot be postponed.

Alumni Offer
For the students who were previously enrolled at Levantine Institute in Tripoli and Beirut and wish to take online classes can benefit from the Alumni offer. The pricing structure is as follows:
For less than 30 hours: $17 per hour.
For more than 30 hours: $15 per hour.
Cancelling or postponing a class:
Please note that if a student wishes to cancel their private class, they need to inform us via email to [email protected] at least 4 hours ahead of time. Any cancellations made less than 4 hours before the time of the class will result in the session being lost.
Group classes cannot under any circumstances be cancelled or postponed.
A recording will be sent by email with instructions and homework.
Terms and Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions before enrolling at Levantine Online, any requests to change classes/programs/cancellation has to be done by email to [email protected]
Changing programs:
Once paid/started, it is not allowed to transfer from one program to the other. The programs being MSA, Levantine Dialect and Private Classes. Tuition is non transferable from one program to the other.
Cancellation of group classes:
30 days before the course starts, the registered student will get refunded the total amount paid minus the 15% administration fee as well as the banking fees.
From 30 days to 15 days prior to the beginning of the course, the student will get refunded 50% of the sum transferred for the course, however the banking fees will be deducted from their tuition amount. This applies to the total amount of the course booked at the Levantine Online, from a term to a Trimester.
Less than 15 days from the beginning of the course there will be no refund of the tuition for any reason whatsoever.
Refunds will be done only through the original method of payment.
Cancellation of private classes:
Private classes can be cancelled with refunds, 14 days before the classes were supposed to take place.
Note that a 15% administration fee will be deducted as well as the banking fees.
After 14 days from the starting date of the course there will be no refund of the fees for any reason whatsoever.
No refund is possible once the classes have started.
