Beginner A1: Able to introduce himself and discover the language. Able to comprehend basic questions, directions and presentations. Able to read and understand simple phrases, and street addresses and names. Able to introduce yourself or someone else.

Intermediate A2: Comprehend and able to communicate using very simple words. Communicate on a daily basis using simple vocabulary. Send brief messages to confirm or cancel a doctor’s appointment for example.
B1: Able to converse on a daily basis and to produce sentences. Able to comprehend specialized subjects of personal or professional interest. Understand and read more specialized subjects, i.e., emails, newsletter articles, etc. Able to adapt in situations of everyday life and express in a simple way when taking part in a conversation. Write sentences and talk about personal experiences and express impressions.
Advanced B2: Produce sentences and discuss easily various topics. High level of understanding of majority of conversations and television programs. Read long articles and find their way around the city and the country, town, etc. Communicate very easily with locals and present personal opinions and participate in discussions. Express ideas in clear and easy to read texts and easily write a journal for example.
C1: Be autonomous and communicate in all topics. Understand everything that is talked about. Understand nuances and read complex texts. Give their point of view and actively participate in conversations without trouble. Write a long and developed text.
C2: Mastered the language and able to speak about complex subjects. Communicate easily with native-speaking people and able to understand documentaries or lectures. Knows the language perfectly, recognize different dialects and all forms of writing and literature. Able to express, argue, understand and debate. Reading or writing any random subject.
